Liberty Golf Off-Season

Expectations

• Attend Strength and Conditioning Regularly

• Attend Open Gyms or other winter practice options available to you

• Play in local Junior tournaments to provide valuable tournament experience.  Most events range from $30-$50 each and many are within 30 minute drive.

  • Varsity Players - Recommend 5-10 events

  • JV/Practice - 1-5 tourneys when ready
